SCENARIO BCN (CONTOURNEMENT OF BARCELONA) TO TRAIN DIRECTOR

Third part of the scenarios "cercanias Barcelona" for train director

This scenario includes the Central Barcelona station (Sants) and others.

For more information and insight from the plane of the network, visit the website: http://www.renfe.es/cercanias/barcelona/index.html or

PARTICULARS OF THE STAGE.

For various reasons, this scenario is not 100% real. Connoisseurs will see some changes and shortages in some station.

The large number of trains included in the simulation, (1041 circulations) make this a little "stressful" but fun.

It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to use a simulation speed of 1 or 2 depending on the hours.

The stage is automatic, ie with automatic stop between stations. The entry and departure of Sants and Estaci de Frana, have to do

manually, with the exception of the tracks 7 and 8 Sants that have automatic succession as trains rarely have to deviate from them.

There are also 4 branches which are all manuals. Here is where you lose more time ...

All times (with the exception of MAVACS) are real and taken from the current schedule of Renfe Rodalies, Regional and Long lines. As discussed in the

simulation, there are trains every 3 minutes during rush hour.

MAVAC= Material vacio... Train out of service, coming or going at garages

Not applied for the issue, or just know the Sants station, shows the use of different tracks of the station:

TRACKS 1 to 6: Tracks of high speed trains (AVE)

TRACK 7: Track from Plaa Catalunya and direction L'Hospitalet (HO1)

TRACK 8: Track from L'Hospitalet (HO2) and direction Plaa Catalunya (PC)

TRACK 7 AND 8 STATION SANTS, HAVE AUTOMATIC SUCCESSION, AND THE VAST MAJORITY of circles that pass through them, DO NOT HAVE TO DEVIATE.

TRACKS 9 AND 10: cercanias and Regional Trains from Pg and direction Bellvitge (BE1) are combined with each other.

TRACK 11: Long distance trains direction Bellvitge (BE1.)

TRACK 12: Long distance trains in the direction Pg de Gracia (PG)

TRACKS 13 and 14 cercanias and regional trains in the direction Pg de Gracia (PG) are combined with each other.

I tested across the stage twice and this has given me no problems. For your information throughout the simulation have accumulated a total of 27 minutes

total delay.

All signals are operational and operated by hand to make any itinerary or maneuver.

It is highly recommended, keeping the simulation go every 15 minutes, because if you commit a mistake, you can retrieve it.

The trains are not assigned stop platform with a few exceptions (end station or stoppages). This has been done well, because as

reality, if you make a pass to another train, it can be done without problems.

Are all the trains running today. MAVACS schedules (Empty trains) are quite dimensions of time, so

can be left in "background"

CERCANIAS: All trains have scheduled stops, relatively short, so they tend not to stand too long.

Due to the tight schedule, they should take sufficiently into account.

REGIONAL: Like the nearby, but according to that case, something more dimensions. The regional start or end in Sants (Line of Port-Bou)

Sants travelers leave, and leave as Material vacuum at Bellvitge (BE1) where a small way of parking and maintenance.

When it's time to reverse a train, leaving empty Bellvitge material until Sants station, where they park for a period of 3-4 minutes

and go in the direction of Pg and in normal service.

GRANDES LINEAS: Due to the few routes available in Sants, all major rail lines remain parked for a period of 10 to 20 minutes

before and after service. Act continued to give out as a normal train or empty material.

AVE: AVE trains have their 6 tracks exclusively due to standard gauge. Many of these trains arrive or depart from Sants empty material

to station Bellvitge, which are based maintenance.

FREIGHT: We regret to inform you, that for technical reasons, in this scenario, no freight trains, long time.

The technical reasons are neither more nor less, the lack of space (rows) between trains

I hope that enjoy it!!
